Hello my name is Shirley and I am a 36 year old mother of two. Ever since my teens I have been interested in fitness and took part in many classes and been a member of numerous gyms. For a long time I seen exercise as a chore and forced myself to take part in various classes and 'use' some of the equipment in the gym. Finding my perfect figure/weight almost became an obsession. Food was another area that I struggled with, you see I have a sweet tooth and chocolate is my favourite! I would feel guilty for indulging and compensate with cutting calories....little did I know! Since I trained to teach exercise myself (over 9 years ago) I have learned a lot and am still learning more everyday. I have taught in various gyms over those years meeting lots of wonderful people who too feel like I did. NOW I am setting up my own classes for all females who want to learn what exercises REALLY work and to show that we can achieve so much if we do the right exercises, correctly and further more enjoy it!
No matter what your age or current fitness ability you CAN achieve:
